Countries with weak economies lack efficient enough state structures that would secure safety to their citizens and all the others that do business in those countries. Phenomena like corruption, exploitation and dominance of small oligarchic groups frequently appear in poor countries. Such the pathologies arise everywhere, where there is no enough interest in even a gradual development of the local communities.
