A well-written contract protects its parties from misunderstandings and losses. Of particular importance is the precision of the provisions regarding the parties’ declarations of intent, their mutual obligations, deadlines, risks, conditions, liability, penalties, damages and rules for settling disputes. What counts is knowledge of the law and legislative technique, as well as understanding the essence of the contract and language competences, allowing you to describe the subject of the contract\u00a0in clear, unambiguous paragraphs.<\/p>

Scope of the offer<\/h3>

Consumer law protects customers who are the weaker party when confronted with companies that sell them their goods or services. However, many customers are not aware of their consumer rights or are unable to use them. Consumer law is the subject of my legal specialization. It is worth knowing your rights, especially since consumer protection has been significantly extended in recent years to the sphere of commercial activity on the Internet.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
