- Participation in trade negotiations and tenders;

- Individual and group coaching.
Interim management
Employment contract for a definite period or for the duration of a specific job. Suitable for the temporary employment of a manager to manage complex projects over a longer period of time. Standard conditions for entering into an employment relationship.
Scope of cooperation:
- Coordinating and participating in special projects;
- Implementing restructuring projects;
- Preparing the company for investor acquisitions;
- Strategic and operational management of the company;
- Developing ventures and investor relations.
Management contract
The management contract transfers the respective powers of attorney to the manager. This is an order with resultant contractual items. Flexible working hours. The terms of cooperation are freely shaped by the parties. It allows you to reduce the costs of the employment contract.
Scope of cooperation:
- Company analysis, planning and implementation of strategies;
- Project management of strategic importance for the company;
- Representation and participation in trade negotiations;

Principles of cooperation
Organizing training courses
Trainings are organized in a closed or open format. The topics and duration of closed training courses can be flexibly adapted to the needs of the audience and include analysis of the issues indicated by the contracting authority. Business terminology is presented in Polish and English. Training can be part of internal educational programs or part of projects.
Characteristics of trainings:
- Scalability and full adjustment of content to the needs of participants;
- Professional training methods, tests and follow up sessions;
- Lectures and workshops in Polish or English;
- Polish and English terminology in the field of management and business;
- Free consultations within 3 months after the training;
- E-learning materials available upon request.
Logistics and training valuation
The training can be organized on an end-to-end basis or in partnership cooperation with the contracting authority. Training logistics costs (room reservations, accommodation, catering) can significantly affect the overall value of the training.
The valuation of the training depends mainly on the number of participants and duration. The optimal size of the training group is 15 people. Additional cost items are related to the location of the training.
Organizing consulting cooperation
Consulting services can be provided in the form of project management or in the form of permanent or ad hoc advisory assistance. The conclusion of the contract is preceded by an analysis of the client’s needs and terms of cooperation. The valuation is made on a per project or per hour basis. The cooperation is established on the basis of a specific task, order, management contract or interim management contract.
