Of particular importance is the precision of the provisions regarding the parties’ declarations of intent, their mutual obligations, deadlines, risks, conditions, liability, penalties, damages and rules for settling disputes. What counts is knowledge of the law and legislative technique, as well as understanding the essence of the contract and language competences, allowing you to describe the subject of the contract in clear, unambiguous paragraphs.

It is worth knowing your rights, especially since consumer protection has been significantly extended in recent years to the sphere of commercial activity on the Internet.

Copyrights

Copyright law protects the authors of various literary, scientific, journalistic, IT, visual, musical, photographic, audiovisual, stage works, etc. The purpose of protection is to prevent unauthorized use of other people’s works and robbing the authors of the remuneration due to them. The importance of this protection increases with the increasing ease of disseminating and copying works in electronic media.

Scope of the offer

The legal support offered is focused in particular on the protection of the rights of authors and co-authors of audiovisual works, as well as persons and institutions involved in the dissemination of these works. The support includes in particular:
